Distribute costs in a purchase order

Costs for landed and other costs can be distributed on purchase order lines item until they have been received. If a value is already present, it will be replaced.

Distribution can be done according to several choices :

Purchse price

Quantity

 Distributed directly to the information of the selected line items.
Total items weight

Total items volume

Total items surface

 If the selected line items are not all of the same unit of measure, the information will be taken directly from the items.

If we modify data, as long as the command lines are not received, the calculations will rebalance.

 

  1. From the menu on the left, choose Purchases -> Purchase Orders.
  2. From the list, choose a purchase order that is not in the Draft status. The information for this purchase order appears on the screen.
  3. Select the lines you want, and then click Distribute Costs.
  4. Enter the requested information, and then click Confirm.
