Shipment scheduling helps organize shipping information, such as shipping address, expected delivery date, and more.
- From the menu on the left, choose Inventories -> Shipments.
- Click on the desired shipment. The Shipping Details appears.
- On the Transport tab, enter the shipment information. This information is used to create the loading sheet.
If the informations are entered in the project, it will be pre-filled.
- In the Pick list tab, you will find the items that must be put in the shipment. The selected sales lines will appear as items to be prepared.
- Click + to reserve the source inventory.
- Select the source inventory to ship.
- Confirm the quantity to be shipped. By default, the quantity sold is indicated.
- Clear the check box that indicates that inventory is picked up.
- Select the source inventory to ship.
- Click + to reserve the source inventory.
