Edit user information

When creating a talent, the fields of username, user type, security group, and temporary password are generated by the system. Once the talent is created, it is possible to edit these fields.

1. From the menu on the left, choose Talents -> Talents.
2. Click the talent you want to edit.
3. In the User section, click Modify.
   
4. Edit the information you want:
   1. Username: By default, the system generates a username. You can modify it according to your preferences.
   2. User Type: This field allows you to modify the user type according to the number of licenses remaining in your subscription.
   3. Security Group: This field allows you to modify the user’s security group. Some restrictions apply according to the user type selected above.
   4. Password: These fields allow you to create a temporary password for the user. The next time he logs in, the user must create a personalized password.
      
5. When you’re done, click Save.
