To receive goods, you must first create a goods receipt. Once created, you can then perform the inventory receipt.<\/p>\n

It is possible to create the goods receipt in advance and then perform the receipt later. When you’re ready, click on it in the list and complete the goods receipt by following the steps in the next section<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Note: If you have not received all the goods ordered and wish to perform a partial receipt, it is possible to update the real quantities received<\/a> before making the receipt.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Create a goods receipt<\/h2>\n

Choose the inventory to receive<\/h3>\n

Choose the inventories to be received through the Goods receipts<\/strong> module, or select them directly in the Inventories<\/strong> module.<\/p>\n

To be in the same good receipt, the selected inventories must have the same supplier.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Through the goods receipts module :<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. From the menu on the left, choose Inventories -> Goods receipts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Create goods receipts <\/strong>button at the top right.

  3. Select the inventories to receive.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Create<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Select the inventories to receive.<\/li>\n
    3. Click Receive<\/strong> at the top of the list.

      Create the goods receipt<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      1. Enter the requested information.<\/li>\n
      2. Click Save<\/strong> in the top right.

      3. The goods receipt is created in the New<\/strong> status.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Perform the goods receipt<\/h2>\n

        1. Select the desired goods receipt if you have not already done so.\n
