New<\/h2>\n

When created, the goods receipt is in the New <\/strong>status by default.<\/p>\n

In progress<\/h2>\n

This optional status is used for a goods receipt that can take a long time. By setting the goods receipt to the status In<\/strong> progress<\/strong>, you can know that the truck has arrived and is being unloaded.<\/p>\n

To set a goods receipt to the In Progress<\/strong> status :<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. From the menu on the left, choose Inventories -> Goods receipts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the desired receipt. It must be in New <\/strong>status.<\/li>\n
  3. At the top right, click More actions<\/strong>, then click Mark as in progress<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Received<\/h2>\n

    When you perform the goods receipt<\/a>, its status changes to Received<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Cancelled<\/h2>\n

    It is possible to cancel a receipt as long as it is not in the Received <\/strong>status:<\/p>\n

    1. From the menu on the left, choose Inventories -> Goods receipts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the goods receipt to cancel.<\/li>\n
    3. At the top right, click More actions<\/strong>, then click Cancel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      When a goods receipt is canceled, its inventories are no longer linked and can therefore be chosen in a new goods receipt. This action is irreversible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
