Les utilisateurs doivent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9s par un administrateur dans ALIX. Une fois votre compte cr\u00e9\u00e9, votre administrateur vous donnera les informations pour une premi\u00e8re connexion.<\/p>\n

En cliquant sur la photo en haut \u00e0 droite de l’\u00e9cran, vous pouvez consulter ces diff\u00e9rentes informations:<\/p>\n

1. Informations de votre profil<\/strong><\/td>\nConsultez et modifiez les informations de votre profil utilisateur.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
2. Bouton de d\u00e9connexion<\/strong><\/td>\nD\u00e9connexion d’ALIX.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3. Choix de la langue<\/strong><\/td>\nChoisissez ALIX en fran\u00e7ais ou anglais.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4. Punch<\/strong><\/td>\nAcc\u00e8s rapide \u00e0 l’horodateur. Pour conna\u00eetre le fonctionnement de l’horodateur, cliquez ici<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5. NIP<\/strong><\/td>\nPassez la souris sur l’ic\u00f4ne pour voir votre NIP.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6. Mes organisations<\/strong><\/td>\nLes organisations auxquelles vous avez acc\u00e8s.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Connaitre la version courante d’ALIX<\/h2>\n

  1. Pour savoir quelle est la version courante d’ALIX, cliquez sur votre photo en haut \u00e0 droit de l’\u00e9cran.

  2. Le num\u00e9ro de version est visible dans le bas \u00e0 droite.

    1. Cliquez sur votre photo en haut \u00e0 droite de l’\u00e9cran.

    2. Cliquez sur Profil<\/strong>. Vos informations s’affichent \u00e0 l’\u00e9cran.

    3. Mettez \u00e0 jour votre adresse courriel ou changez votre mot de passe en cliquant sur le bon bouton.
