Bulk edit on line items<\/h2>\n

You can change certain fields on all lines in a sales order at once with the Bulk edit<\/strong> button. The possible fields are: tax, promised date and markup.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. From the menu on the left, choose\u00a0Sales->Sales orders<\/strong>.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Click the sales order that you want. The information for this order will appear on the screen.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Edit<\/strong>\u00a0in the top right.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Select the desired line items, and then click Bulk edit<\/strong> at the top of the list.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Choose the field you want, enter the new value, and then click Save<\/strong>.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  6. To save the changes to the sales order, click Save<\/strong> in the top right.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Mark as shipped<\/h2>\n

    It is possible to indicate that an order has been shipped without creating a shipment in ALIX. Once a line item is marked as shipped, it is no longer possible to assign it to a shipment.<\/p>\n

    1. From the menu on the left, choose Sales -> Sales Orders<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click on the desired sales order. The information for this order will appear on the screen.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the desired line items, click More Actions<\/strong>, and then Mark as shipped<\/strong>.

      Mark as invoiced<\/h2>\n

      It is possible to indicate that a purchase order has been invoiced without creating an invoice in ALIX. Once a line item is marked as invoiced, it is no longer possible to add it to an invoice.<\/p>\n

      2. Click on the desired sales order. The information for this order will appear on the screen.<\/li>\n
      3. Select the desired line items, click More Actions<\/strong>, and then Mark as invoiced<\/strong>.

        Show customer note in a pop-up window when associating with a sales order<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        This option must be configured in the customer file :<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. From the menu on the left, choose Sales -> Customers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        2. Click on the desired customer. The information appears on the screen.<\/li>\n
        3. Click Edit<\/strong> in the top right.
          \n\"\"<\/li>\n
        4. Choose the option Show<\/strong> customer note in a pop-up<\/strong>.
          \n\"\"<\/p>\n

          Note: it is possible to define the default value of this option in the configurations<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n

        5. Click <\/span>Save<\/strong> in the top right corner when you’re done.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Once the configuration is activated, the next time a sales order is created for that customer, the note will appear in a pop-up.<\/p>\n

          2. Click Create sales order<\/strong> in the top right.

          3. Select the customer.

          4. A pop-up with the customer note appears.
