Add\/edit a checklist<\/h2>\n

  1. From the menu on the left, choose Inventories<\/strong> -> Goods receipts<\/strong>.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the desired receipt.<\/li>\n
  3. The checklist is located on the right side of the screen.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. If a default checklist is configured, it will be added automatically when the receipt is created.<\/li>\n
  5. It is possible to add a new list or remove the current list by clicking on Edit<\/strong>.

    Check the list before receiving<\/h2>\n

    When receiving, if a checklist is present, it must be verified before the goods can be received.<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Check each item in the list.
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n
    2. Once all items are checked, Non-compliant \/ Compliant<\/strong> is activated. Select the status of the goods after the checks.
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n
    3. If desired, enter a comment in the field provided.
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n
    4. When all the conditions on the checklist are met, the goods can be received, whether it is compliant or not, depending on the configuration of the list.
