The Project module has been improved recently. While waiting for all the features to be transferred, the new module is in BETA mode. To access it, activate the early access of ALIX features<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Create a project<\/h2>\n

  1. From the menu on the left, choose Planning -> Projects (BETA).<\/strong>
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Click Create project<\/strong> at the top right.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the requested information.
    \n

    The project type cannot be changed once the project is created. For more information on project types, click here<\/a>.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

  4. Click Save<\/strong> when you are done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Project tab overview<\/h2>\n

    The visibility of the tabs depends on the selected project type. To learn more about project types, click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Overview<\/h3>\n

    The Overview<\/strong> tab is the one that appears when you open a project. It contains general project information.<\/p>\n

    Cards<\/h3>\n

    \"\"<\/p>\n

    The Cards<\/strong> tab displays the list of cards in the project. By clicking on a card number, a window opens with all the information about it :<\/p>\n

    By clicking on the part number or card name, information for planning production is displayed :<\/p>\n

    Sales orders<\/h3>\n

    The Sales orders<\/strong> tab displays the list of associated orders. It is visible for Sales<\/strong> and Standard<\/strong> type projects.<\/p>\n

    The Purchases orders<\/strong> tab displays the list of associated orders. It is not visible for Template<\/strong> type projects.<\/p>\n
