Synchronize the chart of accounts<\/h2>\n

Upon synchronization, information from Zoho Books will be updated in ALIX.<\/p>\n

Note: synchronization does not affect accounts deactivated in ALIX, only active accounts.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

  1. In Settings<\/strong>, go to the Integration<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Details<\/strong> next to the Zoho Books app.

  3. Click on the Chart of accounts<\/strong> synchronization icon.
    \n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Here is the list of synchronized accounts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    Asset<\/td>\nother_current_asset<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Liability<\/td>\nother_current_liability<\/p>\n

    View accounts<\/h2>\n

    1. In Settings<\/strong>, go to the Accounting<\/strong> section, then Chart of accounts<\/strong>. The list of all accounts appears.

    2. To view information for a specific account, click on it.
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Activate\/deactivate an account<\/h2>\n

      It is possible to activate or deactivate an accounting account in ALIX.<\/p>\n

      Note: synchronization does not affect accounts deactivated in ALIX, only active accounts.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      1. In Settings<\/strong>, go to the Accounting<\/strong> section, then Chart of accounts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Select the desired account, then click Activate \/ Deactivate<\/strong> at the top of the list.

        \nClick on the desired account, then click More actions -> Activate \/ Deactivate<\/strong> in the top right corner.
