Il s\u2019appuie directement sur la base de connaissance pour vous offrir des r\u00e9ponses rapides, fiables et coh\u00e9rentes. L\u2019agent \u00e9voluera au fil des mises \u00e0 jour afin de mieux soutenir votre travail au quotidien.<\/p>\n

Utiliser l\u2019agent<\/h2>\n

  1. Pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019agent ALIX IA, cliquez sur l\u2019ic\u00f4ne en haut \u00e0 droite.

  2. La fen\u00eatre d\u2019ALIX s\u2019ouvre et vous pouvez commencer \u00e0 lui poser des questions.<\/li>\n
  3. Pour ouvrir une nouvelle conversation, cliquez sur le +<\/strong> en haut \u00e0 droite.

  4. Consultez l\u2019historique de vos conversations en cliquant sur l\u2019ic\u00f4ne Historique. Cliquez sur une conversation pour la rouvrir.

    Activer\/d\u00e9sactiver l\u2019agent<\/h2>\n

    L\u2019agent IA est un param\u00e8tre global : lorsqu\u2019il est activ\u00e9, il devient automatiquement accessible pour tous les utilisateurs ayant l’acc\u00e8s agent AI activ\u00e9 (voir plus bas).<\/p>\n

    1. Dans les param\u00e8tres, allez dans la section ALIX IA -> Activation<\/strong>.

    2. La section Activation<\/strong> vous permet d\u2019activer ou de d\u00e9sactiver l\u2019agent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Pour la gestion individuelle des acc\u00e8s, chaque talent poss\u00e8de une case \u00e0 cocher permettant d\u2019activer ou de d\u00e9sactiver l\u2019agent IA.<\/p>\n

      1. Dans le menu \u00e0 gauche, choisissez\u00a0Talents -> Talents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Cliquez sur le talent voulu.<\/li>\n
      3. Cochez\/d\u00e9cocher la case Acc\u00e8s agent IA.
