Les mod\u00e8les de courriels permettent de standardiser l\u2019envoi de messages dans les modules Commandes client<\/strong>, Bons de commande<\/strong> et R\u00e9ception<\/strong>. Ils peuvent \u00eatre configur\u00e9s avec des champs automatiques<\/a>, ce qui g\u00e9n\u00e8re un courriel d\u00e9j\u00e0 rempli avec les informations pertinentes (client, num\u00e9ro de document, dates, etc.). Cela facilite l\u2019envoi, r\u00e9duit les erreurs et assure une communication uniforme.<\/p>\n

Chaque mod\u00e8le existe en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais. Lors de l\u2019envoi d\u2019un courriel, la langue d\u00e9finie pour le contact d\u00e9termine automatiquement quel mod\u00e8le sera utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Il est possible d\u2019envoyer des courriels dans chacun de ces modules en cliquant sur l\u2019ic\u00f4ne d\u2019envoi situ\u00e9e en haut de la fen\u00eatre, toujours plac\u00e9e \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des ic\u00f4nes de PDF<\/strong> et d\u2019impression<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Voici les diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les par entit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Commande client<\/td>\nMod\u00e8le de courriel utilis\u00e9 pour les commandes clients au statut autre que Brouillon<\/strong> ou Soumission<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Soumission<\/td>\nIl est possible d\u2019utiliser un mod\u00e8le de courriel diff\u00e9rent pour distinguer les soumissions des commandes ouvertes. Le mod\u00e8le Soumission<\/strong> est vide par d\u00e9faut, mais s\u2019il est configur\u00e9, c\u2019est lui qui sera utilis\u00e9 pour les commandes ayant le statut Brouillon<\/strong> ou Soumission envoy\u00e9e<\/strong>.
\nS\u2019il demeure vide, le syst\u00e8me utilisera automatiquement le mod\u00e8le Commande client<\/strong> pour tous les statuts.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Modifier un mod\u00e8le de courriel<\/h2>\n

Vous pouvez configurer des champs automatiques dans vos mod\u00e8les de courriels. Pour la liste compl\u00e8te des champs disponibles et leur utilisation, consultez\u00a0: Index des champs pour mod\u00e8les de courriel<\/a>.<\/p>\n

  1. Dans les\u00a0Param\u00e8tres<\/strong>, allez dans la section\u00a0Param\u00e8tres\u00a0->\u00a0Mod\u00e8les de courriel<\/strong>.

  2. Cliquez sur le mod\u00e8le voulu pour afficher ses informations.<\/li>\n
  3. Cliquez sur Modifier<\/strong> en haut \u00e0 droite.
