Il est possible de cr\u00e9er un bon de commande directement depuis une commande client. La quantit\u00e9 command\u00e9e non r\u00e9serv\u00e9e est utilis\u00e9e comme recommandation pour le bon de commande. Un lien de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 est maintenu entre la commande client et le bon de commande cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Note\u00a0: <\/em><\/strong>Le bouton Bon de commande<\/strong> est disponible uniquement si tous les articles s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s sont achetables et ont de la quantit\u00e9 non r\u00e9serv\u00e9e. Le bouton n\u2019est pas disponible en mode \u00e9dition ni lorsqu\u2019un groupe est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Cr\u00e9er un bon de commande<\/h2>\n

  1. Dans le menu \u00e0 gauche, choisissez Ventes -> Commandes client<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Cliquez sur la commande client voulue. Les informations de cette commande apparaitront \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran.<\/li>\n
  3. Dans la section des articles command\u00e9s, s\u00e9lectionnez une ou plusieurs lignes d\u2019articles achetables. Cliquez sur Bon de commande<\/strong> dans la barre d\u2019actions.

  4. \u00a0La fen\u00eatre Planification des bons de commande<\/strong> appara\u00eet. S\u00e9lectionnez le fournisseur voulu, puis v\u00e9rifiez la mesure propos\u00e9e. Par d\u00e9faut, la mesure correspond \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 non r\u00e9serv\u00e9e de la ligne. Il est possible de modifier la mesure pour cr\u00e9er un bon de commande partiel.

  5. Cliquez sur Suivant<\/strong> pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape Aper\u00e7u<\/strong>. V\u00e9rifiez les informations, puis cliquez sur Cr\u00e9er<\/strong>.

  6. Le bon de commande est cr\u00e9\u00e9 au statut Brouillon<\/strong>. La colonne <\/span>R\u00e9serv\u00e9e<\/strong> de la ligne d\u2019article se met \u00e0 jour dans la commande client. Le bouton <\/span>Bon de commande<\/strong> reste actif tant qu\u2019il reste de la quantit\u00e9 non r\u00e9serv\u00e9e, ce qui permet de cr\u00e9er des bons de commande additionnels au besoin.

    Consulter les r\u00e9servations<\/h2>\n

    Apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation du bon de commande, les r\u00e9servations associ\u00e9es sont visibles dans le popup de r\u00e9servation de la ligne d\u2019article.<\/p>\n

    1. Dans la commande client, cliquez sur la valeur de la colonne R\u00e9serv\u00e9e<\/strong> de la ligne d\u2019article.

    2. Le popup affiche les r\u00e9servations, dont celles li\u00e9es aux bons de commande cr\u00e9\u00e9s depuis cette commande. Le statut indique l\u2019\u00e9tat de la commande :<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n
      \u00c0 commander<\/strong><\/td>\nLe bon de commande est au statut Brouillon<\/strong>. Aucun inventaire n\u2019est encore cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
