The schedule allows you to view and organize cards on a calendar. You can view cards scheduled by talent or by project, and move them by drag-and-drop to adjust dates and assignments.<\/p>\n

Note: <\/em><\/strong>This feature is in BETA mode. To access it, activate the Enable feature early access configuration<\/a>.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Access the schedule<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. From the menu on the left, choose Planning -> Schedule (BETA)<\/strong>.

  2. The schedule displays with the following elements:\n
      \n
    1. Talent view<\/strong> \/ Project view<\/strong>: at the top left, to switch between the two display modes.<\/li>\n
    2. Day<\/strong> \/ Week<\/strong>: at the top right, to choose the displayed period.<\/li>\n
    3. Today<\/strong> and the navigation arrows: to move through the calendar.<\/li>\n
    4. Filter<\/strong>: the search bar and the filter icon at the top allow you to filter the displayed cards.<\/li>\n
    5. Show business hours<\/strong>: at the bottom of the schedule, to limit the display to business hours.

      Talent view<\/h2>\n

      The Talent view<\/strong> displays one row per talent. Cards appear as blocks on the timeline of the talent to which they are assigned. Cards without an assigned talent are found in the Unassigned<\/strong> row.<\/p>\n

      The following actions are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
      Move a card in time<\/strong><\/td>\nTake a card with the mouse and drag it to another time slot on the same row. A confirmation message appears. After confirmation, the new dates are saved.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Reassign a card to another talent<\/strong><\/td>\nDrag a card to another talent\u2019s row. After confirmation, the card is assigned to the new talent and the dates are adjusted according to the drop location.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Unassign a card<\/strong><\/td>\nDrag a card to the Unassigned<\/strong> row to remove the talent assignment.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Change a card\u2019s duration<\/strong><\/td>\nResize the block of a card by dragging its right edge to adjust the end time.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
      Open the full card<\/strong><\/td>\nClick on a card to open its full card.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

      Note: <\/em><\/strong>Each move or resize is confirmed by a message. If you cancel the confirmation message, the card returns to its original position.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      Project view<\/h2>\n

      The Project view<\/strong> displays cards grouped by project. The same actions for moving in time, resizing and opening the full card are available.<\/p>\n

      Note: <\/em><\/strong>It is impossible to change a card\u2019s project by drag-and-drop in the Project view. A message appears if you attempt to move a card to another project.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

      Scheduling fields on cards<\/h2>\n

      Three fields determine the position of a card in the schedule. They can be edited directly in the Description<\/strong> section of a card\u2019s full card, in the Cards<\/strong> section of a project and in the Planning -> Cards<\/strong> grid.<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Start time<\/strong>: the planned start date and time for the card.<\/li>\n
      2. End time<\/strong>: the planned end date and time for the card.<\/li>\n
      3. Assigned talent<\/strong>: the talent responsible for the card. This field determines which row the card appears in when using Talent view<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Note: <\/em><\/strong>The end time must always be after the start time. Time increments are 15 minutes.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

        To edit these fields in a card\u2019s full card:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Open the full card of the card.<\/li>\n
        2. Edit the Start time<\/strong>, End time<\/strong> or Assigned talent. <\/strong>Each modification is saved automatically.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n

          Note: <\/em><\/strong>Changes made in the full card are immediately reflected in the schedule, and vice versa.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

          The Start time<\/strong>, End time<\/strong> and Assigned talent<\/strong> columns are also available in the Planning -> Cards<\/strong> grid. They can be added, sorted and filtered like any other column in the grid.<\/p>\n

          Filter cards by scrap status<\/h2>\n

          The\u00a0Scrap status<\/strong>\u00a0filter allows you to quickly identify cards with scrap on their main production.<\/p>\n

          1. At the top, click the\u00a0Filters<\/strong>\u00a0icon.

          2. In the\u00a0Select a scrap status<\/strong>\u00a0dropdown, choose an option:
            \n\n\n\n\n
            With scrap<\/td>\nDisplays only cards whose main production has scrap.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
            Without scrap<\/td>\nDisplays only cards whose main production has no scrap.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n
          3. Click\u00a0Apply<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
