Depuis la fen\u00eatre d’une exp\u00e9dition, vous pouvez scanner des tags avec un lecteur de scan pour ramasser de l’inventaire en rafale. Les scans s’encha\u00eenent sans attendre la confirmation de l’un avant de passer au suivant.<\/p>\n

C’est une alternative au ramassage manuel (crochet, Tout ramasser<\/strong>) d\u00e9crit dans Exp\u00e9dier de l’inventaire<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Scanner des tags<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Dans le menu \u00e0 gauche, choisissez Inventaires -> Exp\u00e9ditions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Cliquez sur l’exp\u00e9dition voulue. La fen\u00eatre de l’exp\u00e9dition s’ouvre.<\/li>\n
  3. Ouvrez l’onglet Articles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer<\/strong>.

  4. Scannez un premier tag avec votre lecteur de scan. La fen\u00eatre File de scan<\/strong> s’ouvre et le premier scan y appara\u00eet comme premi\u00e8re ligne.<\/li>\n
  5. Continuez \u00e0 scanner les tags suivants sans attendre. Chaque scan ajoute une ligne \u00e0 la file et est trait\u00e9 \u00e0 tour de r\u00f4le.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Suivre l’\u00e9tat des scans<\/h2>\n

    Chaque ligne de la File de scan<\/strong> affiche un Statut<\/strong> qui \u00e9volue au fil du traitement. La colonne Tag<\/strong> affiche le tag scann\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Compl\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong><\/td>\nL’inventaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 ramass\u00e9. La source correspondante appara\u00eet comme ramass\u00e9e dans l’onglet Articles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    G\u00e9rer les erreurs<\/h2>\n

    Lorsqu’un scan ne peut pas \u00eatre trait\u00e9, sa ligne passe au statut Erreur<\/strong> et affiche le motif. Voici des motifs fr\u00e9quents :<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Tag introuvable<\/td>\nLe tag scann\u00e9 ne correspond \u00e0 aucun inventaire ni \u00e0 aucune carte.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    L’inventaire scann\u00e9 n’est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 aucune ligne d’exp\u00e9dition ou de commande client<\/td>\nL’inventaire ne correspond \u00e0 aucune ligne \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Toutes les lignes sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 remplies pour cet inventaire<\/td>\nL’inventaire est d\u00e9j\u00e0 enti\u00e8rement ramass\u00e9.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    Le client (ou l’adresse) de l’inventaire diff\u00e8re de l’exp\u00e9dition<\/td>\nL’inventaire scann\u00e9 appartient \u00e0 un autre client ou \u00e0 une autre adresse.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Si l’erreur est inattendue, la ligne affiche un lien D\u00e9tails<\/strong>. Cliquez sur la ligne pour ouvrir la fen\u00eatre de d\u00e9tail de l’erreur.<\/p>\n

    Fermer la file de scan<\/h2>\n

    La File de scan<\/strong> se ferme automatiquement lorsque toutes les lignes sont au statut Compl\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> et qu’aucun scan n’a eu lieu depuis 5 secondes.<\/p>\n

    Vous pouvez aussi la fermer \u00e0 tout moment avec le X<\/strong> en haut \u00e0 droite.<\/p>\n

    Note : s’il reste des scans non termin\u00e9s au moment de fermer, une confirmation est demand\u00e9e. Les scans encore en file seront abandonn\u00e9s.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
