My team and I are delighted to present ALIX 11, the brand new version of ALIX – Smart Assistant. With this new version, we offer you improved performance and better compatibility with mobile devices thanks to the use of new technologies. You will be able to benefit from all the features of ALIX with greater speed and fluidity.

New menu with improved navigation
This is THE biggest change and you won’t be able to miss it! The entire menu is now on the left. This improvement makes it possible to group the main menu with the submenus to allow smoother navigation. Additionally, its compatibility with mobile screens has been greatly improved with a modern user experience.
A new Purchasing section will appear and will bring together Purchase Orders as well as Vendors. Customers will now appear with Sales Orders in the Sales section. Other sections of the menu remain unchanged for the moment.
Updated user experience of the Inventory module
The Inventories module is now more modern and more compact. This improvement standardizes this module with the new grids that have been appearing everywhere in ALIX for several months, for example, in the Items module or the Sales Orders section.
You will notice that the action buttons are now grouped in the same places to simplify the user experience. Finally, a new functionality has been added to the Goods Receipts section: that of allowing a receipt of material to be returned.
Bookmark and URL sharing simplified
You may have already wanted to share a page in ALIX with a colleague, or want to bookmark it to return to later. This is now possible with ALIX 11! In this new version, whether it’s a custom view, a search filter or a customer order, return directly to the right place when you copy/paste the URL of your current page.
Additionally, the tabs in your browser are now named after the section currently visited to make it easier to work with multiple ALIX tabs open.
