How does it work?
- You fill out the following referral form: Form.
- We contact your reference in order to discuss the terms of his ALIX subscription.
- You receive a confirmation as well as the amount of your credit associated with the signature of his contract. You will be able to consult this information on the client portal.
Who can I refer?
You can refer any company that is not already working with ALIX.
How many rewards can I earn?
For every sale you generate, you can earn 15% of the revenue ALIX receives over the next 12 months as credits. You will not be eligible to receive credits for any subsequent purchases of other services made by the client.
Will I get rewards for all products the referred client then purchases?
No, you will not be eligible to receive rewards for any subsequent purchases made by the same client.
When will I receive my rewards?
You will earn credits on each qualified sale once your referred client completes 90 days as an ALIX customer. You will receive the credits monthly, with each bill payment.
What happens if the client cancels his subscription?
If the referred client cancels his subscription before the end of the referral period, you will unfortunately no longer receive credits each month.
Is there a limit to how many new clients I can refer or how much I can earn through this program?
There is no limit to the number of clients you can refer, or the amount you can earn through this program. We encourage you to refer as many new clients as possible.
Is there a minimum sale required?
No, there is no minimum required.
Can we withdraw the credit in cash?
No, credits can only be used on your ALIX subscription and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Is there an expiration date for using credits earned through a referral?
There is no expiration date. Your credits are valid as long as you are subscribed with ALIX.
