User Profile

Users must be created by an administrator in ALIX. Once your account has been created, your administrator will give you the information for a first connection.

By clicking on the photo at the top right of the screen, you can consult these different information:

1. Your profile information View and edit your user profile information.
2. Logout button Logging out of ALIX.
3. Language selection Choose ALIX in French or English.
4. Punch Quick access to the punch. To find out how the punch works, click here.
5. PIN Hover over the icon to see your PIN.
6. My organisations The organizations you have access to.

Find out ALIX’s current version

  1. To find out the current version of ALIX, click on your photo at the top right of the screen.
  2. The version number can be seen at the bottom right.

 

Edit your user profile

  1. Click on your photo in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Click Profile. Your information will be displayed on the screen.
  3. Update your email address or change your password by clicking on the right button.

    Note: Other information in your profile can be edited by an administrator only.
