The time stamp is used to know the hours of entry and exit of talents. It can only be used for the beginning and end of the shift, but the ALIX time stamp also allows you to punch the entrances and exits of breaks and / or lunches. Subsequently, these hours can be used to do payroll.
- In the left menu, choose Home.
Clocks in and clocks out #
- To start working, click the clock in button at the top of the window.
- To finish your work time, click the clock out button.
For anonymous talents, both buttons are still present and a PIN is required.
Breaks and lunch #
- By default, the break duration is filled according to the break time set to the resource’s shift.
- Lunch time is deducted from the total time of the day.
Talent list #

- Overtime and non-shift indicators
- An overtime talent is one for whom his day’s working time exceeds the length of the shift. The message “Talent works longer than expected in his shift.” appears when the icon is hovered over with the cursor.
- A non-shift talent is a resource that is present before the start time or after the end time of its shift. The message “Talent is present outside of shift hours.” appears when the icon is hovered over with the cursor.
- Both indicators are represented by a yellow exclamation mark and the time of entry turns yellow.
- If a talent is in overtime and out of shift simultaneously, the overtime message takes over.
- By default, if no shift is assigned to a talent or information is missing to calculate the length of the shift, the talent falls into overtime after 8 hours of work.
- If the talent’s shift has no start time or end time, the talent can never be out of shift.
- If the the talent’s shift does not have a start time, the talent falls out of shift only if it is present after the end time of the shift.
- If the talent’s shift does not have an end time, the talent falls out of shift only if it is present before the start time of the shift.

- Missing resources indicator
- A missing resource is a resource in the Away list for which the shift start date is smaller than the current time and the shift end date is larger than the current time. The message “The resource is absent during their shift.” appears when the icon is hovered over with the cursor.
- The indicator is represented by a red exclamation mark.

- On lunch and On break indicators
- A resource On lunch has a utensil indicator to the right of its arrival time.
- A resource On break has a coffee cup indicator to the right of its arrival time.
- The message “The talent has X minutes left on break.” appears when the icon is hovered over with the mouse. X is calculated at the time of hover and represents the time remaining at the break in minutes.
- Both indicators turn red when the break time is greater than the break time initially selected by the resource. During hover, the message changes to “The talent is X minutes over planned break time”. Note that the indicator needs to be updated to turn red. To do this, the page must be refreshed or the icon must be hovered over to perform a refresh.
