It is possible to change the user limits available in ALIX by changing your monthly subscription.

- In Settings, go to the Subscription section.
- In the User limits section, click Modify.
- Make the changes, and then click Save. A confirmation window will appear to show you the financial impact of your changes.
- Confirm the changes.
If you add users, you’ll receive an invoice with a prorated amount based on the current billing frequency.
If you decrease the number of users, a prorated credit for the billing period will be applied to your next invoice.
