Search for a card in the operation board

There are two ways to search the operation board:

1. Use the search bar
2. Scan a QR code

Use the search bar #

1. From the menu on the left, choose Operations.
2. Enter the desired information in the search bar at the top.
   
3. The operation board is automatically filtered to show only the result(s) that match the search.
   

Scan a QR code #

1. From the menu on the left, choose Operations.
2. If you have a scan reader, scan the QR code of the desired card directly.
3. To scan with your tablet, cellphone or computer camera, click the Scan with camera button next to the search bar. If necessary, refer to the following documentation to enable your tablet or cellphone camera.
   

Note: the action triggered during the scan depends on the configuration chosen. Refer to the next section Configure the action during scan to set your preference (search or direct open).

Configure the action during scan #

When a card is scanned in the transaction table, it is possible to define the desired action. There are two options available:

1. From the menu on the left, choose Operations.
2. At the top right, click More actions, then Activate search on scan / Activate open on scan.
