New #
When created, the shipment’s status is New by default.
Ready #
A shipment becomes Ready when all of its pick list items have been picked.
Shipped #
The shipment changes to the Shipped status when the inventory is shipped.
Canceled #
It is possible to cancel a shipment as long as its status is not Shipped :
- From the menu on the left, choose Inventories -> Shipments.
- Click the shipment you wanted.
- Click Cancel shipping in the bottom left.

Note: When a shipment is canceled, its inventories are no longer linked and can therefore be chosen in a new shipment. This action is irreversible.
