Activate/deactivate a customer/vendor

It is possible to deactivate a previous customer/vendor with whom you no longer do business. This allows the history of that customer/vendor to be kept.

This action is synchronized with Zoho Books, if connected with ALIX.

Activate/desactivate from the list #

1. In the left menu, choose Sales -> Customers or Purchases -> Vendors.
   
   OR
   
2. In the list, check the customers/vendors to activate/desactivate.
3. Click Activate or Desactivate at the top of the list.

Activate/desactivate from the customer/vendor detail screen #

1. n the left menu, choose Sales -> Customers or Purchases -> Vendors.
   
   OR
   
2. Click on the customer/vendor to activate/desactivate. The contact information will appear on the screen.
3. In the More actions menu at the top right, select Mark as active or Mark as inactive.
