Chart of accounts

Synchronize the chart of accounts #

Upon synchronization, information from Zoho Books will be updated in ALIX.

Note: synchronization does not affect accounts deactivated in ALIX, only active accounts.

1. In Settings, go to the Integration section.
2. Click Details next to the Zoho Books app.
   
3. Click on the Chart of accounts synchronization icon.
   

Here is the list of synchronized accounts:

View accounts #

1. In Settings, go to the Accounting section, then Chart of accounts. The list of all accounts appears.
   
2. To view information for a specific account, click on it.
   

Activate/deactivate an account #

It is possible to activate or deactivate an accounting account in ALIX.

Note: synchronization does not affect accounts deactivated in ALIX, only active accounts.

1. In Settings, go to the Accounting section, then Chart of accounts.
2. Select the desired account, then click Activate / Deactivate at the top of the list.
   
   OR
   Click on the desired account, then click More actions -> Activate / Deactivate in the top right corner.
