Users must be created by an administrator in ALIX. Once your account has been created, your administrator will give you the information for a first connection.
By clicking on the photo at the top right of the screen, you can consult these different information:
| 1. Your profile information | View and edit your user profile information. |
| 2. Logout button | Logging out of ALIX. |
| 3. Language selection | Choose ALIX in French or English. |
| 4. Dark mode | On by default. Turn the toggle off to display ALIX in light mode. Your choice is kept in the browser you are using. |
| 5. Punch | Quick access to the punch. To find out how the punch works, click here. |
| 6. PIN | Hover over the icon to see your PIN. |
| 7. My organizations | The organizations you have access to. |
Find out ALIX’s current version #
- To find out the current version of ALIX, click on your photo at the top right of the screen.
- The version number can be seen at the bottom right.
Switch to light mode #

ALIX is displayed in dark mode by default.
Note: your choice is saved in the browser you are using, not in your user profile. It applies to every ALIX tab open in that browser, but not to another browser or another device. To go back to dark mode, turn the toggle on again.
- Click on your photo at the top right of the screen.
- Under the language selection, turn off the Dark mode toggle. The display changes immediately, without reloading the page.
Edit your user profile #
- Click on your photo in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Profile. Your information will be displayed on the screen.
- Update your email address or change your password by clicking on the right button.
Note: Other information in your profile can be edited by an administrator only.
