Markups and discounts management in sales orders

Markups #

Note : markups do not appear in the PDF view sent to the customer.

Show/hide markups #

1. From the menu on the left, choose Sales -> Sales orders.
2. Click on the desired order.
3. In the top right corner, click More actions, then Show/hide markups.
   

Note: it is possible to configure the default behavior of this action in configurations.

Add markup on a line item #

1. In the sales order, click Edit in the top right.
   
2. Enter either a desired markup percentage in the Markup field or the desired unit price in the Unit price field.
   
3. Click Save in the top right corner when you’re done.

Discounts #

Show/hide discounts #

1. From the menu on the left, choose Sales -> Sales Orders.
2. Click on the desired order.
3. In the top right corner, click More actions, and then click Show/hide discounts.

Add a discount on a line item #

1. In the sales order, click Edit in the top right.
   
2. Enter either a desired discount percentage in the Discount field or the expected unit price in the Discounted field.
   
3. Click Save in the top right corner when you’re done.
