Purchase orders configurations

Default item selection view on purchase orders #

When you add an item to a purchase order, a selection window opens. This window offers two display modes: simple view and detailed view. You can choose the default view. To learn more about the two display modes, click here.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Inventory.
2. Choose Default item selection view on purchase orders.
   
   

Rename columns on purchase order PDFs #

You can customize the column titles displayed on purchase order PDFs. Each column can be renamed separately in French and English. If a field is left empty, the default title is used.

The customizable columns are: Item, Part #, SKU, Quantity, and Unit cost.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Inventory.
   
2. Enter the desired title (maximum 30 characters) in the following configurations:
   1. Column title on purchase order PDFs for “Item” (Français) and (English): replaces the Item column title.
   2. Column title on purchase order PDFs for “Part #” (Français) and (English): replaces the Part # column title.
   3. Column title on purchase order PDFs for “SKU” (Français) and (English): replaces the SKU column title.
   4. Column title on purchase order PDFs for “Quantity” (Français) and (English): replaces the Quantity column title.
   5. Column title on purchase order PDFs for “Unit cost” (Français) and (English): replaces the Unit cost column title.

Note: The custom title applies to the PDF view, PDF download, and printing. The document language determines which title (French or English) is displayed.
