Allow consumption reversal with negative values #
To make a material return on the correct date by reversing a consumption, the following configuration must be enabled.
- In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
- Choose Allow consumption reversal with negative values.
Allow consumption of not planned inventory in cards #
Enable this configuration to be able to perform unplanned inventory consumption.
- In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
- Choose Allow consumption of not planned inventory in cards.
Use default quantity when consuming unplanned inventory #
When activated, the default quantity will be used when consuming unplanned inventory. Configuration Allow consumption of non planned inventory in cards needs to be activated.
- In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
- Choose Use default quantity when consuming unplanned inventory.
Default consumed quantity when consuming unplanned inventory #
The default quantity to set when the previous Use default quantity when consuming unplanned inventory configuration is enabled.
- In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
- Choose Default consumed quantity when consuming unplanned inventory.
Behaviour when unplanned consumption occurs on same inventory #
When unplanned consumption of the same inventory occurs, choose the expected behavior:
| Add a new consumption | Adds a new row to the list of consumed material. |
| Increment existing consumption by one | The new consumption is added to the existing one. |
| Do nothing | Consumption is not taken into account, nothing is added. |
- In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
- Choose Behaviour when unplanned consumption occurs on same inventory.
Security groups allowed to upload files on card steps #

It is possible to choose which security groups can upload files in the steps of a card.
- In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Board.
- Choose the desired groups in the Security groups allowed to upload files on card steps.
