Operations board configurations

Note: the page must be refreshed for the new configurations to take effect.

Allow consumption reversal with negative values #

To make a material return on the correct date by reversing a consumption, the following configuration must be enabled.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
2. Choose Allow consumption reversal with negative values.
   

Allow consumption of not planned inventory in cards #

Enable this configuration to be able to perform unplanned inventory consumption.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
2. Choose Allow consumption of not planned inventory in cards.
   

Use default quantity when consuming unplanned inventory #

When activated, the default quantity will be used when consuming unplanned inventory. Configuration Allow consumption of non planned inventory in cards needs to be activated.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
2. Choose Use default quantity when consuming unplanned inventory.
   

Default consumed quantity when consuming unplanned inventory #

The default quantity to set when the previous Use default quantity when consuming unplanned inventory configuration is enabled.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
2. Choose Default consumed quantity when consuming unplanned inventory.
   

Behaviour when unplanned consumption occurs on same inventory #

When unplanned consumption of the same inventory occurs, choose the expected behavior:

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
2. Choose Behaviour when unplanned consumption occurs on same inventory.
   

Security groups allowed to upload files on card steps #

It is possible to choose which security groups can upload files in the steps of a card.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Board.
2. Choose the desired groups in the Security groups allowed to upload files on card steps.
   

Groups allowed to view card history #

It is possible to choose which security groups can view the History tab in cards. By default, all groups are included.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
2. Choose the desired groups in the Groups allowed to view card history.
   

Create a new card on scrap by default #

Sets whether the Create a new card option is checked by default when marking a production as scrap. When this option is confirmed, a new card reproducing the scrapped quantity is created. The option remains adjustable case by case in the Scrap configuration popup (see Manage production scrap).

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Inventory.
2. Enable or disable the Create a new card on scrap by default configuration.
   

When opening a card in full card view, show the Checklist tab instead of General #

When this configuration is enabled, a card opened in full card view opens on the Checklist tab instead of the General tab, if the card’s current step has a checklist.

• The configuration only applies when the card is opened. Once the card is open, the General tab remains accessible normally.
• If a Card opening tab other than General is set on the step, that tab takes precedence and the configuration has no effect.
• If the current step has no checklist, the card opens on the General tab.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Project.
2. Enable or disable the When opening a card in full card view, show the Checklist tab instead of General (if the current step has a checklist) configuration.
