Project planning allows you to visualize the items needed to complete a project and whether they are in stock in sufficient quantities or not. With this information, you can create purchase orders or production orders directly from the list of recommendations.
- From the menu on the left, choose Planning -> Planning, and then click Project at the top of the page.
- Select the desired elements from the proposed filters: Scope, Project and Card. Only the project is required.
If a card is selected, its sub-cards, if applicable, will also be included in the report.
- Click the Run report button to the right of the filters.
- By clicking on the chevron, you have an overview of the details of the consumption and production planned for the item.
The items are ordered according to the recommendations. These are based on the reorder points of each item.
- Items to order or produce can be found at the top of the listing.
- Then there are the items whose level you need to monitor.
- Items with a suitable inventory level end up at the end.
