Checklists are used in different places in ALIX:
Create/edit a checklist #
- In Settings, go to Definitions -> Checklists section.

- Click the + button at the top left to create a new checklist, or click the desired checklist to view its information.

- Enter the requested information. For more details on the fields to be filled in, click here.
- Once completed, you can exit the page. The information in this window is saved automatically.
Delete a checklist #
- In Settings, go to Definitions -> Checklists section.

- Click on the desired list. Its information appears on the screen.

- Click on the – button at the top left.

Configuration #

The choices offered by this drop-down menu are a combination of these elements. They are divided into several parts:
- Allowed / not allowed : is it allowed to continue (change steps, ship or receive) without having validated the checklist.
Allowed It is possible to continue even if the list is non-compliant. Not allowed The list must be compliant to continue. - Comments : Is a comment required to validate a checklist? For shipment, this setting determines whether the comment window appears when you click Ship items.
- Comment condition :
Only for non-compliant The comment condition only applies to a non-compliant list. Compliant and non-compliant The comment condition applies to both a compliant and non-compliant list.
Default #

Allows you to define a checklist to be added automatically when creating an item of the chosen type. There can be only one list that is set as the default list for each type. Enabling this field will disable any other existing default lists for that same type.
Input type #

The input type represents the additional information that can be entered when checking an item in the list.
- Empty: no information is to be entered
- Text
- Number
- Checkbox: yes, no
- Tri-state selector: yes, no, N/A
