Shipping mapper #

It is possible to choose the correspondence of each shipping ID in WooCommerce to an item from ALIX. Multiple IDs can point to the same item.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to WooCommerce.
  2. Click + next to Shipping mapper.
  3. Fill in the information, some of which is as follows:
    1. WooCommerce ship method ids: ID coming directly from WooCommerce
    2. Item: matching item in ALIX, will be added in the sales order
    3. Create card: when checked, a card will be created in a project for this item

 

Tax mapper #

This option allows you to match taxes from WooCommerce to ALIX. Unlike shipment mapping, the IDs entered in this section must be an exact combination.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to WooCommerce.
  2. Click + next to Tax mapper.
  3. Fill in the information, some of which is as follows:
    1. WooCommerce taxe method ids: IDs coming directly from WooCommerce
    2. Taxes: matching taxes in ALIX, will be added in the sales order

 

Create invoices for orders #

When enabled, this option allows you to create invoices automatically.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to WooCommerce.
  2. Choose the Create invoices configuration for orders configuration.

 

Create payment on the accounting service when order is paid #

When enabled, this option automatically records the payment in the accounting system.

This option requires the Create invoice for orders to be activated and to have an active integration with a supported accounting system.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to WooCommerce.
  2. Choose the Create payment on the accounting service when order is paid configuration.

 

WooCommerce Deposits addon: create payment on the accounting service when deposit is paid #

This option requires the Create invoice for orders to be activated and to have an active integration with a supported accounting system.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to WooCommerce.
  2. Choose the WooCommerce Deposits addon: create payment on the accounting service when deposit is paid configuration.

 

Add the last WooCommerce order number to the customer name #

It is possible to add the last WooCommerce order number to the customer name in ALIX. This will add “WC: #order number”. For example, a customer named “Jean Côté” who just placed order #1023 will become “WC: #1023 Jean Côté”.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to WooCommerce.
  2. Choose the Add the last WooCommerce order number to the customer name configuration.

 

Initial project status upon creation from WooCommerce order #

Orders created in WooCommerce automatically generate sales orders in ALIX. This option allows you to set the initial status that is assigned to these sales orders when they are created.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to WooCommerce.
  2. Choose the Initial project status upon creation from WooCommerce order configuration.
