Price lists are used to set custom prices for certain customers. You can create a list by adding the desired items to it, and then associate it directly with the customer card. Thus, when entering a sales order, the adapted prices are automatically displayed for the right customer, ensuring consistency and accuracy in invoicing.
Create/edit a price list #
- From the menu on the left, choose Sales -> Price Lists.
- Click Create price list or the desired list to view its information.

- Enter the requested information, some additional details are given below:
- Currency: must be selected at creation, and then cannot be edited. Only customers with the same currency can select the list.
- Items: add the items you want, then set up the MOQ (minimum order quantity) and custom price.

- Click Save in the top right corner when you’re done.
Add a price list to a customer #
- From the menu on the left, choose Sales -> Customers.
- Click the client to view their information, then click Edit in the top right.

- Select the price list.

- Click Save in the top right corner when you’re done.
Delete a price list #
Note: it is not possible to delete a price list if it is assigned to at least one customer.
- From the menu on the left, choose Sales -> Price Lists.
- Select the list you want, then click Delete.
