This article explains how to use the Production release panel in the operation boards.
Depending on your different roles and permissions, this functionality may not be visible.
- From the menu on the left, choose Operations.
- Click on the Production release panel.
- Enter your criteria for displaying projects to be put into production, then click on the Filter icon.
It is necessary to click on the Filter icon to see projects appear. If you want to see all the projects, click on the Filter icon without having fulfilled any criteria.
- The corresponding projects appear in the Projects column.
- Choose Select under the filter to select all projects, or select the desired projects manually by clicking the checkbox at the top right of each card.
- By selecting one or more cards, the Available inventory section will appear at the bottom of the column. This indicator shows if the available inventory stock level is sufficient to produce the selected cards. It is based on the current available measure and the required quantity for the selected cards and the cards already in production. If inventory is available, a thumbs up will be displayed. Otherwise, it will be a thumbs down.
- When you are ready to send the cards to production, click on Send.
