Synchronize orders #

This button triggers an immediate synchronization between Shopify and ALIX. It forces ALIX to import new orders.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to Shopify.
  2. Click Synchronize orders.

 

Shipping mapper #

It is possible to choose how each shipping element in Shopify is mapped to an ALIX item. Multiple elements can point to the same item.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to Shopify.
  2. Click + next to Shipping mapper.
  3. Fill in the information, some of which is as follows:
    1. Shopify ship method: element coming directly from Shopify
    2. Item: matching item in ALIX, will be added in the sales order
    3. Create card: when checked, a card will be created in a project for this item

 

Tax mapper #

This option allows you to match taxes from Shopify to ALIX.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to Shopify.
  2. Click + next to Tax mapper.
  3. Fill in the information, some of which is as follows:
    1. Shopify taxe method: coming directly from Shopify
    2. Taxes: matching taxes in ALIX, will be added in the sales order

 

Create invoice for orders #

When enabled, this option allows you to create invoices automatically.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to Shopify.
  2. Choose the Create invoices configuration for orders configuration.

 

Create payment on the accounting service when order is paid #

When enabled, this option automatically records the payment in the accounting system.

Note: this option requires the Create invoice for orders to be activated and to have an active integration with a supported accounting system.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to Shopify.
  2. Choose the Create payment on the accounting service when order is paid configuration.

 

Add the last Shopify order number to the customer name #

It is possible to add the last Shopify order number to the customer name in ALIX.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to Shopify.
  2. Choose the Add the last Shopify order number to the customer name configuration.

 

Accepted payment statuses when creating from a Shopify order #

This option determines which Shopify payment statuses allow ALIX to automatically create a sales order during synchronization.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to Shopify.
  2. Choose the Accepted payment statuses when creating from a Shopify order configuration.

 

Initial project status upon creation from Shopify order #

Orders created in Shopify automatically generate sales orders in ALIX. If the Create a card option is selected for an item in the shipping mapper, ALIX also creates a project linked to that order. This configuration allows you to choose the initial status the project will receive upon creation.

  1. In Settings, go to the Integration section, then click on Details next to Shopify.
  2. Choose the Initial project status upon creation from Shopify order configuration.
