Choose invoice recipients for sales orders #
When using Zoho Books with ALIX, it is possible to choose who will receive sales order invoices via email. The two possible options are:
| Default contacts | Invoice contacts (or main contact if non invoice contacts) and sales order contact |
| Invoice contacts only | Invoice contacts only |

- From the menu on the left, choose Sales -> Customers.
- Click on the desired client. This customer’s information appears on the screen.
- Click Edit in the top right.

- Select the invoice recipients.

- When you are finished making changes, click Save in the top right corner.

Add a tax ID number for customers #

The tax ID number is an identifier related to taxes and tax obligations.
When entered, this field appears in shipments to this customer, in the Transport and Packing slip tabs.

- From the menu on the left, choose Sales -> Customers.
- Click on the desired client. This customer’s information appears on the screen.
- Click Edit in the top right.

- Enter the tax ID number.

- When you are finished making changes, click Save in the top right corner.
