Connection problem with Dymo Connect 1.5 #
It seems to have an issue with the latest Dymo 1.5 update. To remedy this, we offer 2 options:
- Enable the Handle Dymo Connect 1.5 configuration
- Reinstall the lower version
Enable the Handle Dymo Connect 1.5 configuration #
By enabling this option, printing with Dymo Connect 1.5 will still be possible. However, all printers, even inactive ones, will appear in the list. To avoid this, choose the second option: reinstall an earlier version of Dymo Connect.
- In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then General.
- Choose the Handle Dymo Connect 1.5 configuration.

Reinstall the lower version #
- Uninstall current Dymo applications: In the installed Windows applications, click …, then Uninstall.
- Install the following version of Dymo: Download here.
- Restart your computer.
If the problem persists after all these steps, contact support at support@alix.ai.
