Getting to know ALIX #
- Menu icon : click to collapse/show the side menu.
- Side menu : main menu, allows you to navigate between the different modules.
- Settings : access to the settings section, where you can configure and customize ALIX for your business. To learn more about this section, click here.
- Help : access to key support tools, including the knowledge base, the ALIX AI agent, opening a support ticket and the list of updates.
- User : access to your user profile.
- ALIX AI: direct button to chat with the ALIX AI agent. To learn more, click here.
