Introduction – Inventories

Create an inventory #

1. From the menu on the left, choose Inventories -> Inventories.
2. Click Create inventory in the top right.
   
3. Enter the requested information, of which here is some information:
   1. Site: The site associated with the inventory
   2. Bin: Is the inventory a bin? (more info on bin here)
   3. Quantity to create: The number of inventories to create (for example, if you enter 2, two different inventories will be created with the information entered)
   4. Measure of each: The measurement of each inventory created
   5. Condition: To learn more about inventory conditions, click here.
4. Click Add when finished.
   
5. The inventory appears in the list.
   

Inventory details #

Bin #

A bin inventory is a permanent inventory that remains active even when the quantity is zero or negative.

• When creating an inventory, turn on the bin toggle to indicate that the inventory should be permanent.
  
• For an already existing inventory, click on the box icon :
  • Yellow box: bin inventory
  • White box: non-bin inventory
