Connecting with an analytic tool

ALIX can be linked to analytic tools like Zoho Analytics, giving you access to multiple tables for your reports. Simply add a connection in ALIX, then use that data to connect to the tool of your choice.

Add a connection in ALIX #

Note: You can add a maximum of two connections.

1. In Settings, go to the Settings section, Configurations, and then Data access.
2. Click + Add.
   
3. The information to be used for the connection to the analytics tool can be found here.
   

Rotating the key #

1. To change the connection information, in the ALIX settings, click Rotate.
   
2. In your analytics tool, modify the connection by adding the new information.

Revoke the connection #

1. To remove the connection, click Revoke.
   
2. The information disappears and the connection in your analytics tool is no longer functional.
