- From the menu on the left, choose Planning -> Projects.
- Select the project you want, then click the Cards tab at the top of the screen.

- Click the + icon. A window appears to create the card.

- Enter the requested information, then click Confirm.

- Fill in the fields on the Description tab.
- The batch size determines the number of items produced. The batch size can represent a weight, volume, area, length, or number of units.
- The revenue account is only used if the integration with Zoho Books is enabled.
- Add Inventory production if desired.
- Click the + to create an inventory production.
- Choose the type of items.
- Choose the item you want to produce or create a new item with the +.
- Choose a step at which production will be done.
- Choose a target inventory. This will add the production to the selected inventory.

- For Planned tools, add the tools using the + and select the step.

- Select a type of Tare or add a tare with the +.
- Write the name of the tare.
- Enter the weight.
- Choose the unit of measurement.
- Custom fields can be configured in Settings -> Definitions -> Custom fields. Enter the desired values.
- If a step is done in Subcontracts, click on the +.
- Select the step.
- Select the vendor.
- Enter the batch size, it will automatically be linked to the batch size of the item.
- Enter the price.
- To attach a File, drop the file into the tab.
