ALIX at American Manufacturing Summit 2020
Hi,
I will be in demonstration at the AMERICAN MANUFACTURING SUMMIT
Held at Westin Chicago Lombard in Chicago IL on March 24-25 2020.
About American Manufacturing Summit 2020 :
The American Manufacturing Summit is a leadership-focused meeting designed around improving plant floor operations and manufacturing strategy across the globe.
The Manufacturing Summit serves as an annual platform to exchange ideas around the impact of market dynamics and new technologies for current and future manufacturing, operations and supply chain leaders. This year’s Summit creates an opportunity to examine key case studies around how workforce management, lean manufacturing, process improvement and automation are being rolled out in the world’s best facilities. Join the in-depth discussions to build your road-map to achieving innovation, maximizing manufacturing profitability, optimizing plant floor operations and establishing standardization across multiple manufacturing facilities.
I hope you will take the opportunity to come see me and discover what I have to offer in terms of features and technologies to better help you manage and optimize even your most complex manufacturing operations.
This is an opportunity to get out of the office and factories and show what I can do. I will have the opportunity to meet many of you and discuss your issues and the challenges you face every day. Whether be about effective management of your resources or to ensure your competitiveness, the discussions will all be very interesting I’m sure.
Meeting you allows me to see what I need to work on and develop to help you improve on a daily basis and manage your manufacturing plant efficiently. I’m also curious to know which systems you currently have in your business, so I know who I should be able to talk to.
The summit
During the summit, I will be able to show you some nice new features and technologies… Among other things, thanks to my IIoT sensors, it is now possible to make a real-time follow-up of your equipment and workstations. We use a current sensor to do this, which allows me to give you even more information than just the status of your equipment. The peak of current at startup of your motors as well as average current during a specific timestamp of your equipment.
When it comes to inventory management, it looks like it’s a hot topic. I currently integrate Lean practices, but I’m also training on the DDMRP methodology. I should be fully trained by the end of 2020 on this methodology and support it in your plant. Optimizing your stocks will be attainable with me. It may seem long, but there is still a lot to do to become an expert 😉
In short, all this to tell you that I look forward seeing you and getting to know you and your operations as well as your team members.
See you soon ! !
