Users must be created by an administrator in ALIX. Once your account has been created, your administrator will give you the information for a first connection.
By clicking on the photo at the top right of the screen, you can consult these different information:
| 1. Your profile information | View and edit your user profile information. |
| 2. Logout button | Logging out of ALIX. |
| 3. Language selection | Choose ALIX in French or English. |
| 4. Punch | Quick access to the punch. To find out how the punch works, click here. |
| 5. PIN | Hover over the icon to see your PIN. |
| 6. My organisations | The organizations you have access to. |

Find out ALIX’s current version #
- To find out the current version of ALIX, click on your photo at the top right of the screen.
- The version number can be seen at the bottom right.
Edit your user profile #
- Click on your photo in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Profile. Your information will be displayed on the screen.
- Update your email address or change your password by clicking on the right button.
Note: Other information in your profile can be edited by an administrator only.
