ALIX now includes an artificial intelligence agent capable of answering your questions about the manufacturer and the use of ALIX. It relies directly on the knowledge base to give you fast, reliable, and consistent answers. The agent will evolve as updates are made to better support your day-to-day work.
Use the agent #
- To access the ALIX AI agent, click on the icon at the top right.

- The ALIX window will open and you can start asking questions.
- To open a new conversation, click on the + in the top right.

- View your conversation history by clicking the History icon. Click a conversation to reopen it.

Enable/Disable Agent #
The AI agent is a global setting: when activated, it automatically becomes accessible to all users with AI agent access enabled (see below).
- In the Settings, go to the ALIX AI -> Activation section.

- The Activation section allows you to enable or disable the agent.
For individual access management, each talent has a checkbox to activate or deactivate the AI agent.
- From the menu on the left, choose Talents -> Talents.
- Click the wanted talent.
- Check/uncheck the AI agent access box.
